KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Channel Development and Management:
• Responsible for the channel sales and market promotion of TP-Link Business Networking and Surveillance products in Vietnam.
• Develop, manage, and maintain existing channel partners, including Distributors, Master Dealers (MDs)
• Monitor channel inventory, execute targeted promotions, and introduce new products.
• Analyze partners' business models and assist them in solving selling key points
2. Brand Building and Customer Support:
• Assist the marketing and technical teams in organizing channel training and workshop.
• Provide timely customer feedback and competitor product information to optimize product promotion strategies.
• Collaborate with TP-Link pre-sales and technical support teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Support product team to introduce product function updates and new product highlights for customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience in channel sales within the IT, networking, or security industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of SMB networking solutions or security surveillance products is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese for communication.
• Strong ability to expand and manage channel partnerships.
• Familiarity with the Vietnamese market and strong market analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills to establish close collaboration with teams and customers.
