Working location: 20 Vo Truong Toan, An Khanh Ward (former D2), HCMC
Working hours: Full-time 40 hours/ week
- Mondays off and 1 weekend off (Saturday or Sunday)
- Tuesday to Friday, earliest start from 10:00 and latest end at 20:30
- Saturday or Sunday, earliest start from 08:30 and latest end at 17:30

RESPONSIBILITY
1. Student Management & Support
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and classroom behavior closely;
- Act as the primary point of contact between the center and parents to provide regular updates on student performance;
- Coordinate with teachers and the Academic team to implement intervention strategies for students struggling academically or behaviorally.
2. Retention & Re-enrollment
- Manage the re-enrollment process by consulting with parents on the next steps of their child's learning journey;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student retention and satisfaction.
- Proactively address concerns to minimize student drop-outs.
3. Operational Coordination
- Partner with various internal teams (Sales, Academic, Admin) to ensure smooth transitions between academic quarters for students;
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reminding parents of tuition deadlines and supporting the finance team with collections;
- Participate in organizing center events/images and extracurricular activities to build a strong community.
4. Customer Service & Complaint Handling
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints from parents and students professionally and promptly;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a ""customer-focused"" mindset in all interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Services, Student Services/Counseling or Business Development;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemin,..) to optimize customer service process, analyze learning data, and enhance operational efficiency;
- Basic computer skills and willing to learn new platforms;
- Proactive, self-starting, curious and positive attitude;
- Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset.
