Position: Certification & Compliance Lead
Location: Indonesia · Tangerang PIK2 (On-site)
Salary: Rp 15,000,000 – 30,000,000 / month (negotiable based on experience)

1. Role Overview (Core Position)
This role is responsible for the full compliance lifecycle of products—from “ready for production” to “ready for sale”—directly impacting time-to-market and sales legality.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. End-to-End Product Certification Management
Lead certification processes such as SNI, TKDN, POSTEL, and SKEM
Develop certification plans and ensure timely execution
Manage communication with third-party labs and government authorities
B. Product Launch Compliance Assurance
Ensure products comply with Indonesian regulations and technical standards
Provide compliance input on product design, BOM, and packaging
Identify potential regulatory risks and mitigate them in advance
C. Project Execution & Problem Solving
Track certification progress and resolve bottlenecks
Control timelines to avoid delays in shipment and sales
Take ownership of issues such as audit failures or delays
D. Documentation & System Management
Build and maintain certification and compliance documentation systems
Ensure all documents are compliant and traceable
E. Government & External Relations
Liaise with certification bodies and government agencies
Monitor regulatory changes and adjust strategies accordingly
3. Requirements
Must Have:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in certification/compliance (home appliance/electronics preferred)
-Hands-on experience with SNI / TKDN / POSTEL
-Proven end-to-end certification project experience
-English proficiency for work communication
Nice to Have:
-Experience in TV or home appliance industry
-Existing network with government or testing agencies
-Strong project management skills (timeline control)
