Job description for Center Manager (Sparks English) at Sparks (SEVEN Retail Group)
As the inaugural Center Manager at Seven Retail Education's pioneering English Course Center, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various key areas to ensure the success and growth of the center. Your responsibilities encompass:
- Sales: Lead and guide student advisors overseeing sales and after-sales functions to optimize the sales process, actively monitor the sales team's performance, and achieve predetermined sales targets.
- Finance and Accounting: Ensure the efficient and transparent execution of accounting responsibilities. With the guidance from Regional Head Sales Marketing, develop an annual budget, allocate expenses in alignment with approved directives, and maintain fiscal prudence.
- Logistics: Guarantee prompt and efficient logistics support across all departments, streamlining operations and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
- Technology and Systems: Verify that the IT and computer equipment meet prescribed standards. Accurately register all pertinent information in the system, ensuring data integrity and system effectiveness.
- Marketing: Assist the Head of Sales and Marketing in devising and executing offline marketing initiatives, contributing to an effective promotional strategy.
- Operations: Collaborate with the Teachers Manager to implement and enhance the Operations Manual, ensuring a continuous elevation in teaching quality and adherence to established guidelines.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist staff recruitment processes, facilitate comprehensive staff training, and actively engage in staff performance assessments to ensure a skilled and proficient workforce.
