Digital Marketing Specialist
About Us
HRM Labs is a fast-growing SaaS technology company providing Human Resource Management (HRM) solutions, Digital Forms, and Business Process Automation platforms across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Maintain and improve the company's online presence and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve marketing productivity, creativity, and campaign performance.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
AI & Technology Requirements
- Strong ability to leverage and collaborate with AI tools to improve productivity and marketing effectiveness.
- Proven experience using AI-powered platforms for:
- Content creation and copywriting.
- Graphic design and creative asset generation.
- Video creation and editing.
- Marketing research and competitor analysis.
- Campaign optimization and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar solutions.
- Ability to create effective prompts and workflows that integrate AI into daily marketing activities.
- Understanding of AI-assisted content quality control, fact-checking, and brand consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing SaaS products or B2B technology solutions.
- Experience managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with HR Technology, HR Software, or Enterprise Software industries is an advantage.
