Location: Hanoi

Reports to: CEO Athena CM

I) WHO WE ARE

We have been holding the largest market share in online advertisement, owning 20 internal sites, 5 exclusive newspapers and 151 partner sites; reaching 33 out of 36 million internet users in Vietnam, coverage of 97.6% of the network community on PCs and 95% on mobile devices; and contributing to branding for 1,000 brands in many fields and successfully implementing 12,000 media campaigns each year.

II) WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and execute overall marketing strategies for Athena CM's products, including:

Develop marketing strategies focused on brand awareness and enhancing customer engagement. Manage both online and offline advertising campaigns to boost brand recognition and drive sales.

Build and manage personal branding strategies for the CEO:

Develop a personal branding plan for the CEO across social media channels and other media platforms.

Manage content, craft messaging, and coordinate with PR and media teams to optimize the CEO’s personal image, establish a strong presence in the industry, and enhance the brand's credibility.

Manage and coordinate multi-channel marketing activities:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels: Digital Marketing, PR, Events, Email Marketing, and other communication activities.

Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.

Lead and develop the marketing team:

Build and manage the marketing team, providing training and development to ensure job completion and goal achievement.

Guide the professional development of team members.

Develop and manage the marketing budget:

Plan the annual marketing budget, monitor, and optimize marketing expenses to achieve maximum efficiency.

III) WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in Marketing, especially in agencies or communication companies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing channels and communication tools.
• Creative thinking, ability to work independently, and under pressure
