Kualifikasi:

Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat.
Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi yang sama.
Memahami operational restaurant.
Memahami sistem inventori barang, terutama pengelolaan barang dari restoran
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan memahami microsoft office.
Service and target oriented.
Bersedia ditempatkan di The Breeze BSD .

Tugas dan tanggung jawab:

Melaporkan kegiatan operasional kepada atasan terkait (laporan rutin yang diperlukan).
Bertanggung jawab terhadap operational restaurant.
Memastikan implementasi SOP yang ada berjalan dengan baik.
Bertanggung jawab terhadap peningkatan sales.
Bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan stock opname di restaurant.
Mencatat transaksi / pesanan tamu.
Memastikan kepuasan tamu untuk setiap makanan dan minuman.
Memastikan restaurant selalu dalam keadaan bersih dan tertata baik.
