The SEA Integrated Marketing (IMC) team designs and delivers integrated marketing, communications, and campaign strategies that resonate with diverse audiences across Southeast Asia. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. From launching sales-boosting mega campaigns (e.g. 11.11 and 12.12) to optimizing user journeys and creating compelling narratives, our team plays a pivotal role in TikTok Shop's success in the region.
Purpose of the Role
The Senior Campaign Planning & Operation role is the operational partner to campaign strategists. While the Strategy team focuses on data science and growth experiments, this role ensures insights are turned into practical actions, then standardized into evergreen playbooks.
The role aligns campaign execution with broader business strategies and platform priorities, requiring both analytical sharpness and operational intuition. This is an Individual Contributor role with high ownership and visibility.
Responsibility
- Manage Supply Hunting programs, which identify top LIVE rooms and assortments in platform campaigns. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: scheduling, target setting, rewards and penalty, etc.
- Manage the budget for the program: allocate the budget to different teams with rationales, monitor the spending, and initiate budget optimization solutions
- Implement the program on a bi-monthly basis and other adhoc occasions. Coordinate as the key contact point with cross-functional POCs from seller management, creator management, and campaign management teams.
- GTM new product features in line with regional guidelines, utilize in-house analytics tools to monitor program performance and provide insights for optimization
- Stay tuned for platform governance and collaborate with operational teams (eg: Legal, PR, GNE, Risk Control...) to ensure smooth and error-free operations for the high-performing livestream rooms
- Conduct performance reports in a diligent and timely manner
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in E-commerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, account management, or similar positions at top digital companies. Experience in livestream operations is a plus.
- Outstanding project management skills, especially problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and progress management
- Fluent English and Vietnamese command. High priority for candidates with Chinese command at working proficiency level.
- Strong proficiency using computer-based applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends and priorities
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment
