Job description for Call Center Agent (Market Research) - Part-time at Verian Group Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Call and remind respondents to complete surveys.
  • Conduct phone surveys with respondents.
  • Call, screen and recruit participants from a database for focus group discussions or in-depth interviews.

Key Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Bilingual – English and mother tongue (Chinese/Malay/Tamil).
  • Training will be provided; prior experience in telecalling, customer service, market research or a related role is an advantage.
  • This is an hourly-rated position with pay based on actual hours worked.
