At BMBSoft, we believe company culture is just as important as technology. We are looking for an energetic and creative Internal Communications Intern to help us build engaging employee experiences, strengthen our employer brand, and bring our company culture to life.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement (80%)

• Support the planning and execution of internal events, workshops, company celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in preparing communication materials such as announcements, invitations, event scripts, and recaps.
• Create content for internal communication channels, including employee stories, company news, and culture-related activities.
• Capture photos/videos and support event coverage.
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support other employee engagement and employer branding activities as assigned.

Employer Branding & Content Support (20%)

• Assist in creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, company website, and employer branding campaigns.
• Support content scheduling and social media activities.
• Collaborate with designers to prepare communication materials.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Passionate about Internal Communications, Employer Branding, and Event Organization.
• Strong writing skills in Vietnamese.
• Active on social media and interested in content creation.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience participating in student clubs, organizing events, or managing social media pages.
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
