Responsibilities:
Business Operations
- Oversee the company's daily operations to ensure efficiency and business continuity.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Sales Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Build sales strategies, sales plans, and execution roadmaps.
- Set KPIs and monitor individual and team performance.
- Review sales pipeline, forecasts, and business opportunities regularly.
- Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer relationship management and service quality.
Team Management
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Build a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular coaching.
Business Performance
Analyze sales and operational performance to support decision-making.
Monitor budgets and optimize operational costs.
Report business performance directly to the CEO.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of management experience, including 2–3 years leading a Sales team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven experience in building and managing high-performing Sales teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Fluent English communication skills.
