Job Overview:
bTaskee is looking for a creative and strategic Influencer Relations Executive to build and grow our influencer ecosystem; you will work with celebrities, KOLs, KOCs, and creators to deliver impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and tell meaningful stories about our services; in this role, you will develop influencer strategies, manage campaigns end-to-end, and create authentic brand storytelling that resonates with millions of users.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and execute Influencer Marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as social series, livestreams, mini talkshows, workshops, and brand activations;
- Identify and select the right influencers for campaign goals including branding, product launches, activation, or social impact initiatives;
- Manage influencer relationships by briefing, guiding content, approving images, and overseeing campaigns;
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Social, PR, Digital, Event) to ensure campaigns are delivered on-time, on-brand, and on-concept;
- Build and maintain a network of influencers and creators, and manage a database of KOL/KOC contacts;
- Track campaign performance and report on metrics such as reach, engagement, sentiment, earned media value, and conversions;
- Contribute to brand storytelling through real-life stories and authentic experiences shared by influencers;
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, influencer marketing practices, and pop culture, proposing new formats and collaborations;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
- 2-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL/KOC Marketing, or Social Campaigns;
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns from ideation to execution and reporting;
- Strong network with influencers, creators, or public figures, ideally in lifestyle, beauty, health, family, or community-based sectors;
- Skilled in campaign planning, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration;
- Creative mindset with ability to craft content and storytelling across formats like short-form video, livestreams, series content, or workshops;
- Familiar with social media trends, pop culture, and influencer marketing innovations;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proactive and accountable;
- Have a personal laptop.
