Senior Designer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Designer with a deep understanding of design principles to drive our creative vision forward. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, contemporary culture, a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both print and electronic media, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in design trends. Experience in UI and UX design is a definite plus, as we increasingly integrate digital solutions into our campaigns.

1. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities
• Create visually stunning graphics for a variety of media, including print materials, social media and digital assets, websites, and mobile applications
• Stay abreast of current design trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into design solutions to maintain relevance and competitive edge
• Lead UI and UX design efforts for digital projects, ensuring intuitive user experiences and seamless navigation
• Present design concepts to the team with confidence and professionalism, effectively communicating creative rationale and incorporating feedback to refine deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with developers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration of design elements across all touchpoints

2. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related fields
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong emphasis on modern and contemporary design trends
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
• Demonstrated understanding of UI and UX design principles, with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows (experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print materials, digital assets, and UI/UX projects
• Good communication with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment (AI image/video generating)

3. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with responsive design techniques and best practices
• Passion for exploring new technologies and design tools to enhance creative capabilities
