RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult the clients and the production teams throughout the whole project implementation process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional managers to provide the clients with the best offers with regard to the quality of delivery and throughout the whole project life cycle.
- Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met.
- Coordinate internally for POS materials created for global client
- Cooperate with internal & external stakeholders to check all material to make sure what we deliver is on-brief and of highest quality before send it to the client.
- Support on uploading graphic materials to specific platforms
- Develop an implementation plan in coordination with other departments; optimize the resources and effort, update the client and the related personnel on the progress. Keep close track of every single project.
- Double-check if the project meets the budget. Make sure any changes to the job with regard to the costs are discussed with all the involved parties and approved by the client.
- Cooperate with the accountant to invoice the client timely and accurate
- Share the client’s feedback with the departments and identify improvement areas of the involved parties (if any) and propose solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships both with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Show a high level of client service. Be the ambassador for the clients you are working with. Understand and know the clients’ every detail.
- Ensure all communications are in English, both spoken and written.
- Report to a Client Team Lead
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS in Graphic Design/Printing/Packaging/Advertising or Project Management.
- Preferably 4 years of experience within project management, client/customer support or Graphic Design/Printing/Packaging Business.
- Preferably experience in running, coordinating or managing projects with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality within international brands.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing concepts and techniques.
- Solid problem-solving skills and drive.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and client-centric.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational, planning and management skills.
- Positive thinker with a can do/will do attitude.
- Confident, self-motivated, result and client orientated, multi-tasker, team-player.
