About the Company

We are a Singapore-based technology company specializing in Industrial IoT, enterprise software platforms, cloud applications, AI-enabled solutions, and smart infrastructure technologies across Southeast Asia.

As part of our regional expansion, we are establishing an Offshore Development Centre (ODC) in Vietnam to support software engineering, cloud platform development, IoT integrations, analytics, and enterprise application development.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Software Developer to join our Offshore Development Centre (ODC).

You will be involved in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise web applications, Industrial IoT platforms, cloud services, and system integrations. Working closely with the Singapore Technical Solution Lead and the ODC Engineering Lead, you will contribute to delivering scalable, reliable, and production-ready software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

## Software Development

* Develop and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and business logic.

* Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend frameworks.

* Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable software components.

* Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions.

* Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.

## System Integration

* Develop and integrate APIs with internal and third-party systems.

* Support database design, optimisation, and data migration activities.

* Participate in cloud platform integration and deployment.

* Support integration with Industrial IoT devices, gateways, and telemetry platforms where required.

## Engineering Practices

* Follow established software development standards and coding guidelines.

* Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

* Maintain proper source code documentation and version control.

* Support CI/CD deployment processes.

* Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues.

## Team Collaboration

* Work closely with the Technical Solution Lead, ODC Engineering Lead, Business Analyst, and QA Engineers.

* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

* Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of software quality and development processes.

* Share knowledge and collaborate effectively within the engineering team.

Requirements

* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.

* Minimum 3 years of software development experience.

* Experience developing both frontend and backend applications.

* Good understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming.

* Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reporting Structure
