Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment (75%)
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hiring, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Source and attract quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, TopCV, Vieclam24h, Facebook, referrals, recruitment communities, and university partnerships.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Utilize competency-based interview techniques and assessment tools to identify the best talent.
- Negotiate offers, explain compensation & benefits packages, and ensure offers align with the approved hiring budget.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.
- Achieve recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and hiring volume.
2. Employer Branding (15%)
- Develop engaging recruitment campaigns and job advertisements across LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create employer branding content, including videos, employee stories, and workplace culture campaigns.
- Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and recruitment activities to strengthen employer branding.
- Analyze recruitment marketing performance and continuously optimize sourcing channels based on candidate conversion and engagement metrics.
3. Recruitment Reporting & Process Improvement (10%)
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring documentation within the recruitment system.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc recruitment reports, including hiring progress, source effectiveness, and recruitment KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and sourcing efficiency.
- Support other Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with high-volume (mass) recruitment, Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large BPO or headhunting companies.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, TopCV, VietnamWorks, Vieclam24h, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ATS or recruitment systems is an advantage.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 18:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 13:00 PM (WFH)
