A. Business Development & Sales
Develop and manage two core customer segments:
• B2C (Individual Clients): families, children, young professionals, senior residents, and tourists.
• B2B (Corporate Clients): companies and multinational organizations, embassies and NGOs, international schools, and hospitality partners.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Identify and approach potential clients across residential communities and business districts in Hanoi.
• Promote FMP healthcare services through targeted outreach and networking activities.
• Introduce customized wellness programs including:
o Pediatric care and family wellness
o Preventive screenings and vaccination programs
o Chronic care and senior health management
o Corporate health check-ups individual checkups, work permit and other screening initiatives
• Generate leads through events, partnerships, presentations, and networking opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with expatriate organizations and international businesses.
• Establish referral networks with embassies, schools, relocation agencies, and hotels.
• Support the growth of FMP’s check-up services, targeting 150+ patients per month.
• Support the growth of FMP’s prime care services targeting 300 patients per month.
B. Marketing & Communications
Public Relations & Brand Development
• Support integrated marketing communication strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Assist with PR initiatives and media engagement across traditional and digital platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across marketing materials and campaigns.
Marketing Operations
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with internal departments and external vendors.
• Support the production of marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist in organizing:
o Health awareness events
o Community outreach programs
o Corporate seminars and health talks
o CSR activities
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing & Content team to align messaging and campaigns.
• Provide community insights and audience targeting recommendations.
C. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and support resolution of service issues with internal teams.
• Conduct follow-ups and engagement activities to improve client loyalty and retention.
• Contribute to positive brand perception through professional and responsive communication.
