AnSign (HK) provides secure and compliant e-signature, digital contract, and office solutions for businesses. Backed by more than 20 years of experience in the electronic signature industry, we are now expanding our partner ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
We are looking for a Business Representative to lead the development of our local partner network in Vietnam and serve as the main point of contact between AnSign (HK) headquarters and the Vietnamese market.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard sales agents, distributors, and technical service providers.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with local partners.
- Help partners identify customer opportunities and coordinate product demonstrations and commercial follow-up.
- Activate the partner network through regular engagement, training, and joint market activities.
- Maintain the partner pipeline and provide market updates to headquarters.
- Serve as a key point of contact between local partners and Ansign (HK).
Requirements
- Vietnamese proficiency for business communication — required.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency for daily communication with headquarters — required.
- Approximately 2–4 years of experience in business development, channel sales, partnerships, or enterprise sales.
- Familiarity with the Vietnamese business environment.
- Existing local business or partner contacts are preferred.
- Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or enterprise solutions is a plus.
