Job description for Business Product Development at PT Brilliann Nuswantara Bhagawanta
- Identify clients in potential market and industry for business exploration and product collaboration
- Finding cooperation channels and partner for business development and product expansion
- Expand and maintain business channel partnerships, independently complete business expansion, resource forecasting and coordinate follow-up work
- Manage life-cycle journey of partnership including building business model framework, commercial negotiation, legal review, signing, facilitating transition to product/engineering team for implementation and bill reconciliation
- Work proactively with Stake Holders and Product Development Teams and be able to build close relationships with key stakeholders from partners
- Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan
- Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning
- Analyse customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services
- Conduct competitor analysis, conduct market intelligence in their respective markets, and provide insight into the product roadmap and partnership landscape
- Provide commercial solutions or mechanisms in product integrations including running commercial deals with existing product to market
- Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of product reception of traffic performance, traffic realization, and revenue indicators
- Collaborate with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
- Supervise database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers and the mailing lists
- Conduct Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
- Participate in forums related to the industry; conferences and client discussions. In other words, act as a representative of the company
- Ensure product training to the customers
- Create a Marketing Communication strategy
- Take part in product ideation, creation, innovation and enhancement
- Research the demands of market to create product roadmap
- Catch up and update the trend and future demands to elevate the product innovation
- Translate business requirements/ logic into detailed functional requirements and specification and flow
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Having experience working in role combination of business development and product management minimum 1 – 3 years
- Experienced in Software product or Digital product for B2B and B2C
- Have knowledge and experience in Accounting Software is a plus
- Strong business acumen
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good knowledge storehouse of clients, referrals, REPs, presentations, and prospects
- The ability to travel as needed
- Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)
