We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Glints ExpertClass team, to create an upskilling centre ecosystem for everyone, everywhere.
In this role, you will be leading Glints ExpertClass Business Operations Process and will be directly involved in shaping the GEC team’s growth and strategy. You will work directly with our Glints ExpertClass Business Lead.

Who We Are Looking For
- Min. 3 - 5+ Years of Experience in Operations/BizOps, Data Analysis, Business Process or Digital Transformation, Management Consulting or Similar Role
- Prior experience in leading a team / cross-function project (people management skill)
- Great Communication Skills, especially in English (both oral and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong data analysis and data presentation skills (adept in excel, power point, or other data analysis/presentation platform)
