Job description for Business Operations Associate at Glints Malaysia

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, top performer to join a fast-paced, high-performing team in our Malaysia office. A Business Operations Associate plays a critical role in growing the business at Glints. You will have a great influence on our processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, and support our business growth by providing timely and accurate business reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with the Business Team to build strong data systems, processes, and ongoing reporting for the company’s long term sustainable growth
- Track sales performance numbers and reports commissions calculation to stakeholders
- Support sales team to proactively identify operational problems, then develop and execute systems and processes to solve them
- Performs data analysis and reports on sales team progress to find opportunities for improvement
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience as Operations Associate, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in similar role
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of finance and accounting and Malaysia tax structure would be a plus point
