- COMPANY BACKGROUND
KosmodeHealth Singapore Pte Ltd, a National University of Singapore start-up, is a Singapore-based Holding company with a wholly owned subsidiary in Suzhou, China.
KosmodeHealth expands access to health from nature, as a business enabler. Anchored on a Triple Technology Platform, KosmodeHealth overcomes issues of high cost of plant health ingredients for functional food development with proprietary Plant Extraction Technology, and high cost and risk of animal protein biomaterial for biomedical applications with Plant Protein Composite (PPC™) bioink formulation technology and proprietary precision control 3D bioscaffold printing methodology.
Our plant extraction expertise has been utilised to ‘reclaim’ proteins and fibre from food processing waste-stream. A range of protein & fibre functional food prototypes has been developed. Amongst the functional food prototypes developed, is the first Zero Glycemic Index (GI) starchless protein noodles with high fibre (W0WTM Noodles).

- OVERALL JOB SCOPE
The Business Operation and Admin drives revenue growth in close collaboration with marketing to implement strategies & activities for rapid expand customer acquisition and orders fulfilment. The Intern ensures achievement of internal and external customer satisfaction by supporting accounts, administration to ensure efficient office operations.
- SPECIFIC ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- File & maintain meticulous records, receipts for business operations including admin, finance, human resource etc.
- Process invoices, payments, payroll, expense claims, CPF etc
- Support human resource administration & management including but not limited to job postings, screening of candidates, on-boarding, off-boarding etc .
- Support grant applications and management.
- Support business operations in driving customers acquisition, fulfilling customers orders and management.
- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Must haves:
- Undergraduates in Accountancy, Business Management or equivalent course
- Final year Accountancy, Business Management diploma students
- Track record of business and office operations in internship and/or CCAs.
- Relevant experience with accounts and business reporting
- Independent, efficient, resourceful, self-driven with an inquisitive mind
- Proven team worker
Good to haves:
- Good knowledge of Singapore’s accounting, financial and regulatory standards is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Familiarity with the various government grants and experience in grants applications and submission is a strong advantage; else, the ability to quickly understand new information
