DESCRIPTION:

Partner Development:

  • Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities in the Vietnam market.
  • Work with partners to localize, position, and commercialize solutions for Vietnamese customers.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.
  • Ensure that KPIs set by management are achieved.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.
  • Monitor partnership performance to ensure agreements are executed in line with commitments.
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals:
  • Analyze Vietnam market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Propose initiatives and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of partner relationships and business growth.

Internal Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.
  • Provide regular reports on partnership performance and status to management.

Other duties:

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by managers.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Male, minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or equivalent roles, specifically in IT software solutions and related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is an advantage.
  • Having a strong network in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages (especially English) is preferred.
