- Play an important role in implementing products and service that will meet customer’s needs
- Review and monitor strategies of the company as it regards sales, advertising, marketing, and other related fields of business
- Follow up meetings with clients – whether active or prospective ones
- Create and update client profiles by networking
- Create opportunities for new product/ service
- Negotiate contracts and licenses as necessary
- Conduct research on market trends of company’s products/services
- Initiate strategies and plans for the company to reduce its losses and instead achieve increased profits
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of full project lifecycle
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term milestones.
- Conduct Risk assessment and control to avoid or mitigate risks in projects
- Manage relationship with Internal and external stakeholders
- Good at English (both 4 skills).
- Experience in MS Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of business objectives and ability to translate from business objectives to digital KPIs.
- Management (Plan-do-check-act) principles & leadership (role model of company’s core values, involve others in team decisions & actions, support team achieve goals).
- General social awareness about but not limited to economic growth, consumers, culture, ect.
- Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well.
- A strong personal interest in 'Marketing'.
- In-depth knowledge of the Marketing industry.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders about the local and global markets and challenges/opportunities.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Detailed-oriented, proactive, patient, good at arranging and following procedures & solving problems.
- Confident and have the ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
