- Memahami dengan jelas para pesaing di industri voice/video live streaming di Indonesia, menerapkan kebijakan platform, menarik agensi lokal berkualitas tinggi, pembawa acara, dan pengguna dengan pengeluaran besar, serta menjalin kemitraan jangka panjang untuk mendorong pertumbuhan pendapatan platform dan jumlah pengguna.

- Mengawasi manajemen dan operasional harian agensi, serta mengusulkan solusi atas berbagai masalah berdasarkan data kinerja agensi dan umpan balik harian.

- Menjaga hubungan yang ramah dan kooperatif dengan agensi, host, dan pengguna dengan pengeluaran besar untuk meningkatkan retensi dan stabilitas.

- Berpartisipasi dalam perencanaan acara lokal tim, mengusulkan ide-ide kreatif, serta berkontribusi pada lokalisasi dan efektivitas acara.
