RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for recruiting and maintaining agents on the company's comprehensive platform.
- Responsible for recruiting and maintaining agents for the company's independent products such as: online gambling/sports betting/card games/Texas Hold'em, etc.
- Plan various online and offline activities based on agent needs.
- Recruit agents through effective advertising.
- Recruit agents through effective personal promotion methods, such as article marketing, QQ groups, Telegram groups, forums, and Baidu Tieba.
- Identify sports anchors and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and convert them into agents.
- Establish good working relationships with agents, effectively maintain good relationships with agents, and enhance agents' sense of identity and trust in the company.
- Promote agent referrals through personal resources or existing agent resources.
REQUIREMENT
- At least one year of experience in agent recruitment or agent maintenance for various platforms including general online games, online ticketing, and card games.
- Possess effective promotional methods and techniques related to agent recruitment.
- Priority will be given to candidates with high-quality clients and agent resources, and those with personal promotion experience and understanding of promotional methods and channels.
- Priority will be given to candidates with some Photoshop experience, good communication skills, high emotional intelligence, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
