Job description for Business Development Manager at JJAP Indonesia

Business Development (BD) Manager – Hotel Management Company

Reporting To: CEO / Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new hotel management/property/leasing/consultancy opportunities in Indonesia.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, property owners, developers, investors, and strategic partners.

• Prepare commercial proposals, feasibility summaries, and management contract presentations.

• Support negotiation of hotel management agreements and commercial terms.

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.

• Coordinate with operations, technical services, and finance teams during project onboarding.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of BD/Account Manager experience in hotel/asset management/property/real estate/OTA management/hospitality consulting.

• Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills.

• Solid understanding of property/hotel trends

• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

• Willing to travel within Indonesia.
