- Research and source potential partners and identify key decision makers
- Responsible for partnership process from initiate contact, presentation, proposal through contract negotiations to execution
- Generate new clients, maintain relationships with clients & increase company growth
- Prepare & present business proposals and media plans for potential clients
- Participate in marketing researches
- Generate interest and follow-up outbound leads
- Actively achieve sales targets and KPI
- 3+ years of professional experience as Sales, Account Manager or Business Development in Digital Agency, Advertising
- Understanding of media buying in regular channels (FB, Google Ads PPC, Twitter, TikTok, Linkedin.) is a plus
- Understanding of the work of digital agencies/experience in Digital Agency is a plus
- Have a high empathy and good people skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal, non-verbal, written)
- Energetic, highly-motivated, and can-do-attitude
- Good time management and project management skill
