MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
· Develop sales solutions and achieve annual sales target.
· Liaise with clients/prospects to develop relationships and secure meetings to identify revenue generating opportunities
· Approach to find out client’s needs
· Cooperate with Operations Team to own the proposal/tendering processes.
· Lead and support client bids to deliver an agreed revenue target which will be discussed and agreed with the Head of Operations team.
· Evaluate outcomes of services to measure client’s satisfaction
· Make sure payment process is on time and follows contract, company’s procedures
· Maintain a sales database (via CRM system), updating it on a daily basis to reflect sales activity and all communication with clients and prospective clients.
· Maintain and expand client base by building rapport with key clients and continuously identifying new opportunities.
· Propose new strategies to increase the profit: Promotion, Public Workshop, etc.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- At least 3 years experience in Business Development, experienced in HR services is a plus.
- Good at English both verbal and writing
- Strong communication with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills;
- Strong business acumen and results orientation.
- Large networking with HR community
