Job description for Business Development Manager at Onstock
- Building company products sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
- Coordinate with marketing, product ,and engineer team to achieve strategic goals
- Overseeing the team, track performance, and report metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience ( F&B experiences preferred )
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
