The company is currently expanding internationally and developing the Vietnam market, focusing on ophthalmology surgical devices and consumables.

Ophthalmic Surgical Products & Consumables: Intraocular Lenses (IOL); Premium Aspheric IOLs; Preloaded IOL Systems; Glaucoma Drainage Implants; Sodium Hyaluronate / OVD products; HPMC products; Injector Systems; Microsutures; Ophthalmic Surgical Knives.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with ophthalmologists, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and key decision-makers in the ophthalmology field
- Introduce and promote ophthalmic products to hospitals and doctors
- Support market development activities, including hospital access, product introduction, and channel expansion
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to long-term market expansion strategies
- Provide market insights, competitor information, and feedback on local market dynamics
- Coordinate with distributors and support tender/business opportunities when required
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sustainable sales growth
- Support the company in establishing a strong ophthalmology business network in Vietnam
Preferred Product Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following product categories are highly preferred:
- Intraocular Lens (IOL)
- OVD
- Ophthalmic surgical devices/equipment
- Cataract-related products
- Diagnostic ophthalmic products
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in selling ophthalmic intraocular lens consumables
- Strong sales capability and business development mindset
- Existing customer base/network with ophthalmologists, hospitals, or distributors in Vietnam
- Good understanding of the Vietnam ophthalmology market
- Experience handling hospital accounts, distributors, or doctor relationships
- Practical understanding of market operations, tender processes, and hospital business environment is a strong advantage
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and long-term business orientation
- Willingness to develop and grow together with the business

- Possess both sales ability and industry connections

4. Salary Package: Open for negotiation + KPI/commission

6. Team size: first hire in VN
7. Contract: MTS, sign the contract with Glints, with SHUI coverage
