- ●You will drive business development, securing Regional Key Clients within your market and establishing Local Key Client partnerships ranging from pharmaceuticals, consumer health, medical devices, agencies, and private hospitals.
- ●You work in close alignment with the Commercial Director, Business Development Director, Regional VPs and functional leads to plan partnerships and business opportunities monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- ●You demonstrate a detailed understanding of HHG’s service offering, leading pitches to clients and directly and through your teams identify commercial growth opportunities.
- ●You proactively drive revenue growth, profitability and identify opportunities for cross-selling within each client.
- ●You identify, help develop and implement new business opportunities – products or services – in line with the overall Hello Health strategy.
- Your KPIs include:
- ●New business development target
- ●New and recurring Revenue growth
- ●Experience in online media sales or in healthcare media sales
- ●Minimum 8 years in Business Development or Sales team
- ●Good organisational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keep to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure
- ●Sales Minded, always looking for opportunities to make money and to grow a business
- ●Must be able to create and present professional presentation and business proposals
- ●Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
- ●You have a great understanding of the advertising landscape in Indonesia
- ●You have a good level of analytical and organisational skills, able to drive projects, and excellent attention to detail
- ●Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
- ●Be the person whom the client goes to for digital insight and activities. Being to propose ideas and activities to answer the identified challenges
- ●You build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients and the team
- ●Shows a depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands and consumers in client conversations
- ●Must understand our goal to promote healthy living and health awareness by providing trusted health information to the public
