We are looking for an experienced and seasoned team leader to develop a new business unit in a growing digital company. Alongside the BOD, you will be responsible to create a business development strategy and execute it to achieve the company's revenue targets.
Responsible for:
- Creating business plan, planning for sales strategy, target achievement, and manpower management
- Develop new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
Requirements:
- A data-driven leader, problem solver, and systematic-thinker
- Prior sales managerial or supervisory experience in insurance, banking or e-commerce industry
- Strong communication skills, both in Bahasa and English
- Able to join as soon as possible
