Job description for Business Development Lead at Aimazing
- Develop an end-to-end sales and business development strategy; lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after sales etc
- Develop and enforce sales policies
- Manage sales process and perform planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting of sales activities
- Generate new business leads and opportunities through emails, cold-calling, networking, etc
- Analyse and conduct research regularly on industry, market and competitors to stay updated on latest happenings
- Identify, develop, and execute new strategies for business growth
- Prepare sales pitches and proposals, and follow up with leads
- Develops and refines negotiation and pitching strategies by keeping up to date with best practices
- Identify client's challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals
- Propose recommendations for structuring a well defined partnership deal for clients
- Manage, adapt, and overcome any challenges that arise concerning services or programmes provided
- Set merchant partners up for success with Aimazing through thorough understanding of our merchant's needs and expectations
- 1-3 years of Business Development / Account management experience in the F&B tech space.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good analytical skills.
- High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability; ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment.
- Must be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy of the work.
- Driven to be part of the process of building a successful business in a startup environment.
- Passionate about being part of an exciting new team that wants to make a meaningful impact in the region.
- Strong business partner network is preferable.
