Job description for Business Development Executive at Pictant

Pictant is Indonesia's leading creative photobooth brand, from permanent kiosks and flagship studios to official partnerships with the country's biggest festivals. We're growing fast and looking for someone who can keep up. This role sits at the intersection of business development, relationship management, and creative problem-solving. If you're the type who finds opportunities before anyone else asks you to, you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assess and develop business opportunities: Identify growth areas, whether that's expanding existing booth concepts, developing new locations, or unlocking new revenue streams across Pictant's sub-brands.
  • Manage client and partner relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships across past, existing, and incoming clients and partners; from brand activations and corporate events to venue partners and festival organizers.
  • Build custom proposals and packages: Craft tailored packages for prospective clients; understanding their needs and translating them into creative, on-brand Pictant experiences.
  • Manage projects end to end: Own the full project lifecycle for client engagements; coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery from sign-off to execution.
  • Track the competitive landscape: Stay sharp on market trends, competitor moves, and pricing — any surfacing insights that inform Pictant's positioning and growth strategy.
  • Report on pipeline and performance: Keep a clear, updated view of your deal pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue contribution from BD activities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BD, partnerships, account management, or similar role — ideally in a creative industry (events, media, lifestyle, hospitality, or similar industries)
  • Proven track record of managing projects end to end
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor
  • Naturally curious and resourceful
  • Adaptable and people-savvy; you can read a room, adjust your approach, and build rapport across different types of clients and partners
  • Strong communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
  • Genuine interest in the creative, lifestyle, or experiential industry
