As a Business Development Executive, you will be:-
Identifying suitable merchants and acquiring them
Managing and maximizing the potential of existing accounts
Cold calling via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, messaging via social media platforms or whatsapp
Negotiating with merchants to get the best offerings for customers
Educating merchants on the benefits of Fave for their business and assist merchants to maximise their exposure and sales on our platform via our different product offerings
Requirements:-
Willing and eager to learn
Adapts well with changes, understands the dynamics in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill
Proactive, go-getter with great attention to detail
Have the ability to relate to both merchants and customers to seek out the best deals that work for both parties
