What you will be doing
The business development executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and LinkedIn leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Prospecting from scratch: Finding new leads through Linkedin, Cold Calling, Email, Referrals, etc. (Fresh Accounts & Existing)
Establish Target & Engage International & Domestic clients.
Nurturing: Nurture the potential until meeting set, after the potential filtered by CMO/ BD Manager.
Negotiating and assisting in closing deals: Responsible for making sure the meeting happened and maintaining a close relationship with the potential client.
Study clients needs, study client’s competitor, educate potential about lead-gen service of DAEL.
Event Support: Assisting & supporting in the event held by DAEL.
Update activities tracking to CRM (Hubspot).
Candidate Requirements
At least Bachelor Degree in any major.
Maximum Age is 32.
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Have related experience at least 2 years in BD/Account Executive and have network especially in B2B.
