This position is part of the TikTok LIVE Entertainment ecosystem and focuses on creator acquisition, creator development, and partnership management.
Please note that this role is not related to product selling, affiliate recruitment, e-commerce operations, or becoming a LIVE host. The primary responsibility is to identify, develop, and manage creators within the TikTok LIVE Entertainment ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities by sourcing potential creators and livestream hosts.
- Conduct outreach, pitching, negotiation, and onboarding activities to expand the creator network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to support long-term engagement and retention.
- Monitor creator performance and provide recommendations to improve growth and engagement.
- Execute creator growth initiatives, campaigns, and activation programs to maximize performance and revenue contribution.
- Analyze creator performance data and prepare regular reports to support business decisions.
- Identify performance gaps and propose action plans to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creator activities align with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to creator acquisition and performance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Community Management, Creator Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proactive, responsive, and consistent in conducting outreach and follow-ups.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas such as IF, COUNT, SUM, and other functions commonly used for reporting and data tracking.
- Able to analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with TikTok, social media, creator economy, or live streaming platforms is an advantage.
- Candidates who can join in the near term will be prioritized.
