We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for sales to join our business development team. If you’re able to prove yourself, you will also have opportunities to lead a team.
Jobdesc :
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in B2B is preferable
- Some hands-on experience with sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving goals or sales quotas
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Good network and knowledge in B2B
