WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Implement the business development
- Execute merchant acquisition and sales activities to achieve assigned targets and KPIs.
- Effectively manage the customer onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with internal procedures.
2. Build a good relationship with customers
- Regularly meet with customer to understand their business needs and expectations.
- Be proactive and responsive in supporting customers, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
3. Focus on customer success and growth
- Negotiate and coordinate promotional campaigns directly with merchants.
- Analyze performance data to propose actionable growth strategies.
4. Collaborate to improve products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and improve products.
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development/ Account management/Sales
- Good command of English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience in F&B, e-commerce, tech platforms, or startups is a plus.
