Overview

bTaskee is looking for a talented Business Development Executive (B2B) to drive growth by acquiring and managing key accounts for our bChain cleaning services across multi-branch enterprises. This role focuses on developing relationships with chain stores, retail systems, F&B outlets, showrooms, banks, and service centers, securing large-scale contracts, participating in bids, and expanding our presence across nationwide networks.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients including chain stores, retail systems, F&B outlets, showrooms, banks, and service centers;
  • Proactively build and maintain a client pipeline while developing relationships with Procurement, Admin, and Operation departments;
  • Advise clients on cleaning service solutions tailored to the scale of their chain operations and operational requirements;
  • Conduct surveys, prepare quotations, propose service solutions, and negotiate contracts;
  • Prepare tender documents, proposals, quotations, and company capability presentations as required by clients;
  • Collaborate with relevant internal teams to design operational plans and competitive cost structures for projects;
  • Track tender progress and participate in contract negotiations post-award;
  • Coordinate with the Operation team to implement services post-contract and monitor service quality;
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure contract renewals and expand to additional branches or service points;
  • Provide regular reports on client status, pipeline, and project opportunities to management;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 1 year of B2B client management experience;
  • Open-minded, proactive, “can-do” attitude and team-oriented mindset;
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and contract management skills;
  • Ability to advise on service solutions and prepare proposals for enterprise clients;
  • Passion for delivering value to clients through bTaskee’s home services;
  • Persistent and results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets;
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb new concepts and knowledge;
  • Good English communication skills are an advantage;
  • Have a personal laptop.
