Job description for Business Development Executive (6 months Internship) at Accelerasia
- Ability to grasp the business needs of AccelerAsia’s client(s) and be able to think on your feet
- Outbound prospecting, cold calling to hunt for new leads for AccelerAsia’s client(s)
- Qualify inbound leads from regular marketing campaigns and follow up with leads who have attended events, with the aim of booking meetings
- Qualify leads using a structured sales methodology
- Work closely with the Business Development Team to support in developing and implementing appropriate prospecting strategies and plans
- Maintain high level of CRM hygiene by ensuring all customer interactions from LinkedIn messages, calls and emails are updated and recorded in our CRM
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable in engaging conversations with stakeholders at all levels
- Is meticulous in managing the top of sales funnel activities
- Is a self-starter with a bias for action to get things done and always be “playing to win”
- Is a fast learner who can adapt quickly
- Is proactive, has a service-oriented attitude towards AccelerAsia’s client(s) and prospects
- Will thrive in a dynamic team environment
