Job Descriptions:
- Develop and maintain a close relationship with Shopee sellers
- Analyse sellers’ Paid Ads performance to see opportunities to drive transaction and revenue performance
- Develop proposed ideas and strategic initiatives for Shopee sellers through pitching and presentations
- Conduct Paid Ads performance review with sellers; including product, stock, and pricing management
- Effectively and accurately respond and resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints related to Paid Ads
Job Requirements:
- Candidates with 2-3 years related experience in the e-commerce, consulting, or business management industry
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Good knowledge and passion for the e-commerce industry
- Sales spirit with good communication skills
Great team player with the drive to constantly outperform your Key Performance Indicators
