Overview
Kami mencari Business Development & Operations Associate untuk membantu operasional dan pengembangan bisnis sehari-hari. Posisi ini akan mendukung berbagai aktivitas operasional, business development, project coordination, reporting, dan administrative support. Kami mencari seseorang yang proaktif, detail-oriented, memiliki komunikasi yang baik, serta mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun bersama tim.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business operations and project coordination.
- Monitor business performance, including sales, inventory, traffic, and other operational metrics.
- Conduct research and gather information to support business initiatives.
- Identify and reach out to potential partners, suppliers, vendors, and clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers or business partners when required.
- Maintain and update operational databases, customer records, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Organize and analyze operational or basic financial data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects and daily operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields/ working experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, Project Management, Administration, Sales Support, or similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, Google Workspace and email communication.
- Basic understanding of finance, budgeting, or business reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience preparing reports and presentations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a strong plus.
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar productivity tools.
- Experience using CRM, POS, or other business software.
- Experience/ ceritificiation in digital marketing/ content design (socmed, SEO, SEM, GEO, image, article, video, etc.).
