Job Descriptions :
- Identify & analyze project opportunities with related stakeholders
- Conduct proof-of-concept study to verify the potential of selected project opportunity to enter next development phase
- Conduct detailed feasibility study of the approved concept to assess further the cost & benefit with more in-depth analysis & accuracy
- Develop investment proposal (report & presentation) as inputs for management's strategic decision
- Monitor the project execution of the approved investment proposal based on its approved budget, schedule & scope of work
- Assess major project/CapEx using investment decision tools
- Advises business units in developing strategic business plan for short & long term
- Advise BoD for potential M&A transactions. Includes synergy assessment, preliminary due dilligence & indicative valuation
- Develop new, leading-edge products from idea origination, research, up-to implementation
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree Business, Accounting or Finance from reputable university with min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Have an experience 2-5 years working experiences in any companies, or public consulting firm with role in business/project development, project planning/controlling, or market research is preferred (Advisory, M&A, Investment Banking)
- Ability to conduct feasibility study & construct financial model for business cases
- Ability to conduct basic project management & financial analysis
- Proficiency in Ms. Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
- Good communication in english & collaboration, ability to work cross functions
- Having growth mindset, eagerness to improve skills & knowledge
- Placement in North Jakarta

It has been recorded that growth of Indonesian tourism in 2015 reached 7%, exceeding ASEAN’s growth (5.1%) , and even international growth (4.4%). This achievement brings much implication to the increasing demand for transportation and logistics sector and has created a positive climate both for new and pre-owned car sales business. It has been projected that both market will continue to grow following demand trend coming from respective market segment. Especially for pre-owned car sales business, has been predicted that in 2017 it will reach 1-2 million units. Optimistic with the given opportunities, SERA does not stop working to offer their best service products, including transportation solution service, pre-owned car sales , and logistics services. Thus, national market will be able to access integrated solution on transportation and logistics in order to achieve its mid-term and long term business growth targets for a sustainable economic development.
