→ Metode costing (Job Order/Process/ABC/Standard), HPP, break-even

→ Output: cost model & modul Costing

2. Analisa Laporan Keuangan

→ 4 laporan PSAK, rasio & tren keuangan

→ Output: KPI & laporan keuangan

3. Sistem Informasi Akuntansi

→ BPMN/ERD + desain modul:

• Finance & Accounting

• Manufacturing

• Procurement

• Order Management

• HR Management

• Asset Management

• Project Management

• General Affairs

• Quality Management System

• Consignment

→ Output: BRD
