Job description for Business Analyst at PT Lintas Media Danawa
Job:
1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across
multiple domains (operations, IT, and management).
2. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and
acceptance criteria for technical teams.
3. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (System Analysts, AI
Engineers, Developers) to ensure alignment of solutions.
4. Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives or
system enhancements.
5. Support the design of AI-driven solutions by defining use cases, business rules,
and expected outcomes.
6. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement validation
sessions.
7. Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives through UAT coordination
and validation.
8. Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to identify opportunities for
continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or
related field
2. Proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and
documentation
3. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and product lifecycle
4. Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow diagrams
(BPMN/UML)
5. Familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus)
6. Understanding of digital transformation, AI/automation use cases is a strong
advantage
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
8. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
9. Experience working with cross-functional teams (technical & non-technical)
10. Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms
