Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Vietnam stakeholders to understand Vietnam business objectives and requirements
- Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications with Vietnam partners
- Conduct gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities
- Create process models, workflows, and documentation
- Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst in Vietnam startup IT sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with Vietnam companies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (preferred)
- Experience with requirement gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to document processes clearly and concisely
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
