JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from Banking divisions, with a focus on the Oracle Flexcube Core Banking system.
- Prepare documentation including BRD, FSD, Use Cases, business process flows, and data flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with development teams, QA, and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Participate in UAT and SIT, provide user support, and handle issue resolution.
- Propose system enhancements, process optimizations, and technology improvements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance - Banking, or related fields.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector, must have experience in Oracle Flexcube implementation or operations (Core Banking).
- Strong skills in documentation and process modeling (UML, BPMN).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably experienced in working with multiple vendors and Agile environments.
