About the Role

Phu Nam Hai JSC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Business Administration Intern to support our Compliance and Accounting Department. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business administration, corporate compliance, company formation procedures, regulatory research, licensing matters, and general office administration within an international business environment.

This opportunity is ideal for students majoring in Business Administration, International Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields who are eager to gain practical experience and develop their professional skills. No prior work experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on business regulations, licensing requirements, corporate governance, and compliance matters.

• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation related to company establishment, amendments, registrations, permits, licenses, and regulatory filings.

• Support compliance monitoring and maintain corporate records and statutory documentation.

• Assist with administrative tasks including document management, filing, scheduling, meeting coordination, and office administration.

• Provide administrative support for accounting and finance activities, including document collection, invoice organization, filing, and record maintenance.

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, contracts, and internal documentation.

• Communicate and coordinate with external service providers, government authorities, business partners, and stakeholders when required.

• Conduct market, industry, and business research to support management decisions.

• Support business expansion projects, regulatory compliance reviews, and corporate administrative initiatives.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, International Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Good command of written and spoken English is required.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a high level of responsibility.

• No prior work experience required.
